TCU football lands multiple recruits including international edge rusher
TCU football continued to find success on the recruiting trail this month with multiple commitments on Saturday.
The first came from German edge rusher Daniel Ottens. Ottens plays at AVO Academy and is listed at 6-foot-5, 250 pounds.
Ottens earned an offer from the Horned Frogs at an earlier showcase this month. Ottens is unranked, but held offers from UTEP and Hampton among others.
The next came from three-star linebacker Linkin Apana. Listed at 6-1, 207 pounds Apana is ranked the No. 94 linebacker nationally and the No. 4 player in Hawaii. Apana plays at Kamehameha Kapalama in Honolulu.
Apana held offers from Utah and Boise State among others.
TCU now has 16 commitments for the class of 2027 and the class currently ranks No. 8 in the Big 12, according to 247Sports.
