Miles already earned first-team All-American honors from The Athletic and second-team honors from ESPN, The Sporting News and the U.S. Basketball Writers Association.
TCU graduate student forward Marta Suarez received honorable mention from the AP.
It’s Miles’ third AP All-American honor after she made the second team in 2023 and 2025 at Notre Dame.
After transferring to TCU for her final year, the graduate student enjoyed the most productive season of her career. She is averaging 19.6 points, 6.9 rebounds, 6.4 assists and 1.8 steals per game while shooting 48.7% from the field (35.2% on 3-pointers).
UConn’s Sarah Strong and Azzi Fudd made the first team, along with Vanderbilt’s Mikayla Blakes, UCLA’s Lauren Betts and Texas’ Madison Booker. Miles was joined on the second team by Ohio State’s Jaloni Cambridge, Iowa State’s Audi Crooks, South Carolina’s Joyce Edwards and Notre Dame’s Hannah Hidalgo.
The definition of a versatile guard, Miles is the only player in college basketball this year — and one of 11 in history — who has tallied at least 600 points, 200 rebounds and 200 assists in a season. Miles has accounted for 45 percent of TCU’s offensive output.
Miles has the fifth-most assists nationally, and her 6.4 assists-per-game average ranks seventh.
Suarez, a transfer from Cal, is averaging 17.2 points, 7.3 rebounds and 2.4 assists while shooting 37.3% on 3-pointers.
