TCU men’s basketball has landed its first commitment for the class of 2026.
Junior college guard Trent Lincoln announced he was committing to the Horned Frogs on Thursday on social media.
Lincoln stars at Gulf Coast State College in Panama City, Florida. A left-handed sophomore, Lincoln is averaging 19.7 points, 6.1 assists and 4.3 rebounds a game while shooting 43.5% from the floor.
He’ll have two years of eligibility remaining.
Listed at 6-foot-3, 195 pounds, Lincoln was heavily recruited by a number of Power Four conference programs like Kansas, Oregon, Kansas State, Nebraska and Rutgers. Lincoln also took an official visit to TCU in mid-December.
