Kickoff time, TV channel set for TCU football’s homecoming game against Baylor
TCU football’s game against Baylor has been set for 11 a.m. Oct. 18., and the game will be broadcast nationally on ESPN2, the university announced Monday.
Not only is it rivalry week, it’ll also be homecoming for the Horned Frogs as they face the Bears in what should be a pivotal Big 12 matchup.
Last year, TCU and Baylor had a classic battle in Waco, with the Bears hitting a last-second field goal to beat TCU 37-34.
This year’s matchup projects to be just as intense with the Horned Frogs sitting at 4-1 (1-1 Big 12) heading into Saturday’s road game at Kansas State, while Baylor is 4-2 (2-1) and has a bye week.
The winner could emerge as the No. 1 challenger to undefeated Texas Tech in the Big 12.
