NCAA Tournament live updates: Texas Tech opens vs. Montana State Friday in San Diego
Texas Tech is headed to the West Region in the NCAA Tournament.
The No. 3 seed Red Raiders (25-9) will open against No. 14 seed Montana State (27-7) on Friday in San Diego.
No. 9 seed TCU opens against No. 8 seed Seton Hall in San Diego on Friday.
No. 6 seed Texas (21-11) open against No. 11 seed Virginia Tech (23-12) Friday in the East Region in Milwaukee.
Both North Texas and SMU failed to earn NCAA Tournament invites. They’ll likely be playing in the National Invitational Tournament.
