Dallas Mavericks’ Kyrie Irving and Cooper Flagg among stars at Wings-Fever game

The Dallas Wings played perhaps their most anticipated game of the season on Friday against the Indiana Fever, and despite superstar guard Caitlin Clark being sidelined, the celebrities were out in full force.

The Dallas Mavericks were represented by Cooper Flagg, the No. 1 pick in the 2025 NBA Draft, and superstar guard Kyrie Irving, long a vocal supporter of women’s basketball and Mark Cuban.

Before the season started, Wings guard Paige Bueckers, who calls Irving her favorite NBA player, said she hoped the All-NBA guard would attend a game this season.

Dallas Cowboys star defender Micah Parsons and Texas Rangers and National Baseball Hall of Famers Adrian Beltre and Ivan “Pudge” Rodriguez also were there.

WNBA Legend and Hall of Famer Cynthia Cooper got an ovation after being shown on the Jumbotron as the game neared halftime.

Detroit Pistons superstar Cade Cunningham was in attendance as well.

The Wings came into Friday’s game having won three of their last four games after starting the season 1-11.
