Warm weather is in the mix for North Texas before a cooldown. Here’s the latest

After a cooler end to October, temperatures will warm up during the first week of November.

North Texas recorded 25 days of temperatures above normal, four days near normal and two days below normal in October, according to the National Weather Service Fort Worth. Temperatures began to cool off heading into Halloween weekend with highs in the low 70s.

Heading into this week, daily highs will be in the upper 70s on Monday, Nov. 3, and Tuesday, Nov. 4, according to the NWS.

By Wednesday, Nov. 5, temperatures will climb into the low 80s and stay that way through Saturday, Nov. 8. Cooler temperatures will return to the forecast on Sunday, Nov. 9, with a daily high in the low 70s.

Dry and sunny skies are also expected throughout the week.

  • Wednesday, Nov. 5- 81 degrees
  • Thursday, Nov. 6- 82 degrees
  • Friday, Nov. 7- 80 degrees
  • Saturday, Nov. 8- 80 degrees
  • Sunday, Nov. 9- 70 degrees
