All lanes of eastbound Loop 820 at Beach Street were closed to traffic on Thursday morning as authorities investigated a wreck.
The Texas Department of Transportation reported the closure about 9:15 a.m. and said that motorists should use an alternate route.
All lanes reopened shortly before 10 a.m., according to TxDOT.
Details of the circumstances of wreck were not immediately clear.
