Texas Amber Alert canceled after missing 15-year-old girl and infant are found

A Texas Amber Alert was canceled early Monday, May 12, when a missing teenager and her infant, both of whom were last seen Friday in Pflugerville, were found, authorities said.

According to Pflugerville police, 15-year-old Daela Diaz and her son, 11-month-old Christopher Roman, had last been seen about 8 p.m. Friday in the 17600 Block of Cipremont Lane, about 20 miles northeast of downtown Austin.

Police announced Monday morning that the mother and baby were found.

Anyone with information regarding the missing children was asked to contact the Pflugerville Police Department at 512-990-6700.
