A father warned family members he might hurt his infant son shortly before both were found dead in a parked car, according to Texas police.

The 34-year-old, Duniel Arjona Soto, and 1-year-old, Benjamin Arjona Palacio, were both found with stab wounds at a park in northern San Antonio, according to KSAT.

The San Antonio Police Department said the man contacted a relative the night of March 26, telling them he might hurt the child if no one arrived in time, according to KENS. After that, he sent his location to the relative, police say.

Family members arrived to find both father and son dead in the car. Police arrived at 8 p.m., according to the San Antonio Express-News, and declared them both dead.
