2-year-old missing in North Texas may be in grave danger, police say

A missing 2-year-old boy in North Texas may be in grave or immediate danger, police said.

Eli Scott Smith went missing Tuesday in Burkburnett, north of Wichita Falls near the Texas-Oklahoma border.

Smith was described by police as about 3 feet tall, 32 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing “a light blue thermal with a truck on it and blue jeans,” according to police.

In connection with the Amber Alert, Burkburnett police are looking for Michael Scott Smith, 48, and Robin Michelle Golden, 51.

Michael Scott Smith was described as a white man, 5-foot-8 and 205 pounds. He has brown hair, blue eyes and was last seen wearing a black fox hat, a blue shirt and blue jeans.

Golden is described as a white woman, 5-foot-6, 145 pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes, police said.

Police are also looking for a black 2003 Saturn Vue with California license plate DP416RZ.
