As Tarrant County debates voting on college campuses, here’s where people voted in 2020

Tarrant County commissioners are debating where to put early voting locations for the November general election and could reduce the number of locations on colleges campuses.

Late Thursday morning, a specially called commissioners court meeting was ongoing. The meeting was called after commissioners last week failed to approve a list of 50 proposed early voting sites. The 2-2 vote was along party lines, with Commissioner Manny Ramirez not present.

New lists of possible voting locations before the court have fewer sites on college campuses than the initial proposal.

As they weigh college campus polling places, here’s where people voted early in Tarrant County in 2020, the last time a presidential race was on the ticket.
