Sandra Bullock’s picturesque avocado ranch lists in California for $6M. Take a look

A 91-acre avocado farm with endless, stunning views has listed on the Valley Center, California, market for $6 million.

The kicker?

It’s owned by Academy Award-winning actor Sandra Bullock of “Speed” and “Birdbox” fame.

The property, which is in north San Diego County, is called a “private hilltop sanctuary” and “a perfect place to harmonize and enjoy all that nature has to offer,” the listing on Willis Allen Real Estate says.

There are three separate lots on the land, along with numerous groves composed of avocado and citrus trees. One lot holds the primary, 5,938-square-foot house with a high-end security system.

Other features in and around the four-bedroom, six-bathroom home include:

  • Nine fireplaces

  • Gourmet kitchen

  • French doors

  • Saltwater pool

There is also a walk-in chicken coop on the lot.

The other two lots hold a water meter, septic layout, “gentle home building site” and three-bedroom, two-bathroom manufactured home.

“All three lots offer amazing views, options to expand the existing groves, plant a vineyard, coffee, other crops, add green houses or create your own equestrian haven or motor cross off-roading tract,” the listing describes.

According to Dirt, Bullock bought the ranch in 2007 for $2.7 million.

Even though she had been acting since the 1980s, Bullock rose to fame after starring in the 1994 action movie “Speed” alongside Keanu Reeves.

Since then, she turned her attention to starring in romantic comedies like “The Proposal” and “Miss Congeniality.” She won an Oscar for her portrayal of Leigh Anne Tuohy in the 2009 drama “The Blind Side.”
