$43 million estate is the priciest for sale in Texas. Only problem? It’s not done
A regal mansion listed for $43 million in an exclusive enclave in the Dallas, Texas, area is the priciest house on the real estate market in the Lone Star state. However, there’s a small issue — it’s not yet complete.
“It’s not move-in ready,” listing agent Diana Stewart told Realtor.com. “A lot of things are in supply chain delays and haven’t arrived yet.”
Stewart told McClatchy News the home is set to be completed in the fall of 2022.
Regardless, the interior of the 23,688-square-foot home on nearly two acres is absolutely breathtaking. Designed by Richard Drummond Davis, a popular North Texas architect, the mansion “is brimming with authentic details, exotic stones, textiles, and design elements starting with imported Bulgarian limestone on its front facade,” the listing says.
