Thanks to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic that’s been going on for over two years, people have been searching for new ways to escape it all. And this property on the real estate market in Haiku, Hawaii, for $3.99 million will do just that — allow you to distance yourself from the rest of the world.

The property known as an “art farm” sits on a private road and consists of four buildings, running off of 48 solar panels on 16 acres with jaw-dropping views of Haleakala National Park.
“The property was curated as a passion project with the intention to prove that living off the traditional grid can be done on an upscale level,” listing agent Maeghan Pocock said to Mansion Global. “Normally people look at off-grid living as being some type of rustic experience. The listing is held by Pocock and Linda Jean Briske of Island Sotheby’s International Realty.
