Home for sale will let you be commander-in-chief of Ohio neighborhood. Take a look
While there are many people getting creative when it comes to their “work-from-home” spaces, a home on the real estate market in Kirtland Hills, Ohio, may earn a presidential seal of approval for its home office.
The 9,648-square-foot estate, listed for $1.8 million, comes with its very own Oval Office.
While the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom brick home comes with another office on the first floor, the Oval Office, which takes up a majority of the third floor, is “great for entertaining guests and hosting business meetings,” listing agent Jenifer Black told Fox 8.
While the famous replica might draw the most attention, there are plenty of other high-end features, according to the listing on Zillow.com, including:
19-foot-high ceilings
Oversized dining room
Gourmet kitchen
Covered veranda
Swimming pool
Indoor Juliet balcony
Elevator access
According to Fox 8, the Oval Office replica happened because the owners are history buffs “who were looking for a clever way to use the space” and visited other replicas to build their own.
Since the global coronavirus pandemic cast folks out of their normal office setups in 2020, people have been taking unique approaches to their at-home work spaces, which include everything from creating liquor cabinet desks to converting closets into offices, CNN reported.
But this one should take home the highest honor of them all.
Kirtland is about 22 miles northeast of Cleveland.
