Largest mansion for sale on Kauai is going for $15M. Take a look at the Hawaii estate
A massive home, one that happens to be the largest listed on the island of Kauai, is gracing the Hawaii real estate market for $15 million.
The drop-dead-gorgeous compound, owned by the late CEO of Pahio Resorts, Dave Walters, and his widow Lucette, sits on 1.24 acres and features dramatic panoramic views, a news release said.
“In terms of square footage — it’s over 11,000 square feet— it’s the largest house for sale on Kauai,” listing agent Josh Jerman said to Mansion Global. “It’s unusual to have a house of this size and stature on Kauai.”
The house is loaded with high-end features and property grounds that give “a sense of enchantment and tranquility,” the release says.
With three bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, the mansion offers more than just spectacular ocean views from almost every window. Features include:
