The five-bedroom, five-bathroom, 4,080-square-foot south-facing home was designed by Ross Anderson. If the name sounds familiar, it’s because he’s the son of Ralph Anderson, who is known for his iconic restoration of Seattle’s Pioneer Square, The Seattle Times reported.

The younger Anderson, who designed the home for his family in 2004, has some notable building designs and other houses to his name, Seattle Pi reported.

The architect “utilized the topography to create multiple levels of interior and exterior spaces that take advantage of the natural light and incredible waterfront location,” the listing on Zillow.com says.

“Inside, you will appreciate the use of wood and glass to create a feeling of comfortable grandeur. Outside, the grounds are in ship shape condition with strategic lighting guiding you to the water’s edge. An impressive bulkhead protects 110 feet of South facing waterfront. This property is a rare offering.”
