A new Bonds Ranch Road development may be coming down the pipeline.

According to public records, 337 acres along the road may be turned into a single-family residential development. The project is expected to have a commercial aspect to it as well.

There is no established address of the project, but it will be near the intersection of Blue Sky Drive and West Bonds Ranch Road. The plot is between U.S. 287 and Business 287.

The applicant, LJA Engineering, did not respond to a request for more information.

LJA Engineering is a Dallas-based firm that has also begun work on a similar project near Eagle Mountain Lake. That development will have 304 homes and four commercial buildings on land roughly a third the size of this potential Bonds Ranch project.
