Far north Fort Worth may see over 300 homes pop up in a new residential development where Boat Club Road and Morris Dido Newark Road convene.

The project, headed up by Our Country Homes and LJA Engineering, will have 304 residential lots and four for businesses, if approved by the city of Fort Worth. The preliminary plan also includes eight green spaces for residents.

The 93-acre property is on the east side of Eagle Mountain Lake south of Bonds Ranch Road. It is across the street from Eagle Mountain Elementary School.

Our County Homes is a Hurst-based builder with projects across North Texas. Floor plans on its website advertise homes with three or more bedrooms between 1,500 and 5,500 square feet. Prices are not readily displayed.

About 2 miles north of the new development, another community constructed by Our Country Homes has houses available from 3,500 square feet. The move-in ready homes listed on the Flemming Pointe page start at $2.7 million.

The developer and engineer did not respond to a request for comment.
