Developers have filed permits to build a single-family residential project on Boat Club Road.

The builder, Our Country Homes, is based in Hurst and has properties across North Texas.

According to public records, the development will be northwest of the intersection of Boat Club Road and Morris Dido Newark Road. The project includes a commercial development. It is on a 93-acre-plat on the east side of Eagle Mountain Lake.

A drainage study was submitted on May 7 and is under review by the city of Fort Worth. A city representative said city comments are due to the applicant on May 21.

The developer and engineer did not respond to a request for comment.
