Meadowbrook Golf Course in Fort Worth reopens after two-year renovation

Fort Worth’s Meadowbrook Golf Course in east Fort Worth has just reopened after two years and $15 million in renovations.

Updates to the par 71 course include re-routing the infrastructure of the course, relocation of putting greens, additional parking spaces and irrigation improvements, according to the city.

One of three golf courses owned by the city of Fort Worth, Meadowbrook’s 18 holes has the “most rolling terrain.”

Golfers can book their tee times now. Here’s what to know about the new and improved Meadowbrook Golf Course.

How much does it cost to play at Meadowbrook Golf Course?

Prices for Meadowbrook Golf Course range from $15 to $65 for two to four players with a golf cart included. There are options for both 18- and 9-hole.

Weekends tend to be more expensive than weekdays.

Tee times are available every 10 to 15 minutes.

Book in advance on Fort Worth Golf’s website. All Ccty of Fort Worth golf courses are credit card only.

How far in advance can you book Meadowbrook Golf Course?

Meadowbrook tee times can be made up to seven days in advance, starting at midnight.

Meadowbrook Golf Course rules

To play at Meadowbrook Golf Course, visitors must follow these rules.

  • Meadowbrook does not offer rental clubs. 
  • Every player must have their own set of clubs in a bag. One golf bag per player. 
  • For dresscode, soft spikes only. No undershirts, tank tops, cut off shirts or halter tops. 
  • Only two rides and two bags per golf cart. 
  • Groups of five are allowed on weekdays or after 11 a.m. on weekends and holidays. 
  • Junior (17 and under) and Senior (62 and older) rates in effect after noon on weekends and holidays. 
  • No players under 5-years-old.

Meadowbrook Golf Course is located at 1815 Jenson Road in central-east Fort Worth.

They are open daily from 7 a.m. until 6:30 p.m.
