UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas was named the top hospital in the Dallas-Fort Worth region by U.S. News and World Report.
The Dallas hospital was recognized as the top hospital in the region for the ninth consecutive year, according to a news release from UT Southwestern.
The hospital with the top ranking in Fort Worth was Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center – Fort Worth, which nabbed the No. 3 spot for Dallas-Fort Worth and tied for the No. 13 spot in the state.
“These rankings reflect our teams’ dedication to quality and innovation, as they make the trusted care for which Baylor Scott & White is known more convenient, personalized, and informed,” Pete McCanna, CEO of Baylor Scott & White Health, said in a statement.
Four Texas Health Resources hospitals ranked among the best in Dallas-Fort Worth. Texas Health Dallas was named No. 5 in the region and #18 in the state, and Texas Health Fort Worth was ranked as No. 6 in the region and tied for No. 21 in Texas. Texas Health Southwest was ranked No. 9 in Dallas-Fort Worth, and No. 31 in the state.
