One person injured in shooting at Fort Worth apartment pool
One person was injured in a shooting on Tuesday evening at a Fort Worth apartment complex, officials with the Fort Worth Police Department said.
Officers responded to the complex in the 3400 block of Cypress Point Lane around 5:30 p.m., officials said. Upon arrival, they located one victim with a gunshot wound.
A 911 caller reported that the victim had been shot near the apartment complex’s pool, according to an online call log. The victim was taken to the hospital, officials said.
Details about the victim’s condition were not immediately available.
No one has been arrested, and gun violence detectives are investigating the circumstances of the shooting, police said.
