Motorcyclist killed in crash with semi-truck on I-35W in north Fort Worth, police say
A motorcyclist was killed in a crash involving a semi-truck early Tuesday in north Fort Worth, police said.
Officers responded to the two-vehicle accident at Interstate 35W and Fossil Creek Boulevard shortly before 1:30 a.m.
The motorcycle’s driver was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police. The semi’s driver was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office will identify the motorcyclist pending notification of next-of-kin.
Traffic on that portion of I-35W remained slow during the morning rush hour, police said.
