Motorcyclist dies after fatal crash near Haslet, Fort Worth police say
A motorcyclist fatally crashed near Haslet just after midnight Sunday, according to Fort Worth police.
Police responded to the major accident at 2400 Avondale Haslet Road at 12:01 a.m. The driver of the motorcycle had lost control and crashed into a light pole, according to Fort Worth police.
The person — who was not publicly identified as of Sunday — was taken to a hospital, but was pronounced dead.
