Just days after “Star Wars” fans celebrated May 4, which is termed “Star Wars Day” for its play on the Jedi goodwill phrase “May the force be with you,” star Harrison Ford found himself in downtown Fort Worth on Tuesday night.

Ford was spotted at Istanbul Grill, located at 401 Throckmorton St., in Sundance Square. The restaurant posted a photo of the famous actor and a waitress, captioned with, “We are once again graced by a visit from a very special guest. And how was your Tuesday night?”

Ford, 79, who’s also a pilot, is a regular in the Fort Worth area, and is known for frequent visits to North Texas for refresher training.

The Facebook post by the restaurant was popular among its social media following, with over 370 reactions, over 130 shares and about 50 comments as of Thursday morning.

“OHEMGEE harrison ford was here in fort worth?!!?” a woman wrote under the photo, as another poster commented, “I probably would have burst into tears.”
