Fort Worth police are investigating a fatal train accident Tuesday morning.

Police said around 4:20 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 3200 block of Bell Flight Boulevard in East Division, near Bell Helicopter.

Upon their arrival, responding officers found a pedestrian who was hit by a Trinity Railway Express train near the TRE Bell Station. Police said the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officials identified the man as Randy D. Holton, 52, of Monroe, Louisiana.

The investigation remains ongoing.
