One person hit by train, killed in Fort Worth overnight
One person is dead after being struck by a train overnight Tuesday morning in Fort Worth, according to police.
Police said the individual was on the tracks in the 7300 block of East Lancaster Avenue, near Sandy Lane, when he or she was hit. Investigators do not know what the person was doing there.
Police did not release any other information and said the investigation is ongoing.
