Murder investigation underway after body of man found near north Fort Worth business
A man was found shot to death Wednesday morning outside of a building in north Fort Worth, authorities said.
The name of the victim has not been released pending notification of relatives.
The body of the victim was found just after 4:30 a.m. in the 2500 block of Ephriham Avenue. The address is listed as discount store.
Fort Worth police were flagged down by a resident who reported that a man lying on a couch near the building appeared to be dead.
Patrol officers located the victim.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene, according to a MedStar spokesman.
Fort Worth police did not release any other details on the case.
Homicide detectives are investigating the shooting.
