One man dead, another shot in the neck in shooting near Fort Worth fast-food restaurant
A man was killed and another was critically wounded Sunday night in a shooting in east Fort Worth, Fort Worth police said Monday.
Fort Worth police continued their search for the gunman.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the man who was killed as Sean Darrius Woodberry, 27, of Forth Worth.
The critically injured man was taken to a local hospital.
Fort Worth police responded to the shooting call just before 10 p.m. Sunday in the 4200 block of E. Lancaster Ave.
The shooting was near Griff’s Hamburgers, according to police reports.
One man was shot in the neck in the incident, and the other man suffered a gunshot wound to his chest and he was pronounced dead at the scene, Fort Worth police said.
No other information was released on the shooting.
