Person shoots at vehicle in Fort Worth road rage incident, injuring man, police say

A person pulled out a gun and fired at a vehicle during a road rage incident in north Fort Worth on Wednesday evening, shooting a man in the arm, police said.

The man was transported to a hospital in stable condition, and the suspect is at large, police said Thursday morning.

Units responded to the 100 block of Basket Willow Terrace around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, police said. An investigation determined a road rage incident near Highway 287 and Harmon Road ended in one person shooting at another car and striking the victim, police said.

Police didn’t provide details on what led to the road rage incident. No description of a suspect or vehicle involved in the shooting has been released.
