Man critically injured when shot in southeast Fort Worth, police say
A man was in critical condition Friday morning after he was shot in southeast Fort Worth, police said.
Police didn’t announce any arrests or suspects in connection to the incident.
Units responded around 5:50 a.m. Friday to a home in the 3000 block of Lomita Street to check on a report that a man had been shot, police said. They found the man, who had suffered a gunshot wound but was able to talk to officers, police said.
He was taken to a local hospital in an ambulance.
Police couldn’t provide more details about the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
