Southwest Fort Worth is getting three new restaurants and a new movie theater

More retail and restaurant tenants have signed on to move into the Shops at Chisholm Trail.

The retail center is currently under construction at the southeast corner of Chisholm Trail Parkway and McPherson Boulevard in the fast-growing southwest side of Fort Worth. The center is now 70 percent leased, and new tenants were announced Friday, including: AT&T, Sprint, Great Clips, Sports Clips, America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, Castle Nails, Pacific Dental Group and CareNow Urgent Care. Studio Movie Grill also plans to move in as an anchor tenant.

Three restaurant chains have also signed on as tenants of the Shops at Chisholm Trail: Panera, Whataburger and Chick-Fil-A will all take pad sites along McPherson Boulevard.

In January, EDGE Realty Partners announced Old Navy, Marshalls, Ulta, Five Below, Famous Footwear, Tuesday Morning and Resort Nails and Spa had already signed on.

StreetLevel Investments is the developer and Arch-Con Corporation is building the retail center. The Shops at Chisholm Trail broke ground earlier this year, and it is scheduled to open in spring of 2020.
