Mix of Tarrant schools reopened, stayed closed Thursday. What’s Friday’s outlook?
** UPDATED: 5:36 p.m. Thursday **
The latest forecast for the lingering winter storm shows temperatures slowly starting to climb in North Texas after icy roads prompted school districts to cancel classes for several days in a row. Some districts will remain closed Thursday, and others have announced Thursday reopenings while cautioning students and families to be aware of areas still impacted by ice. School officials recommended families account for the additional time it might take to get to school on Thursday morning.
