Man critically injured in south Fort Worth shooting, police say

A man was critically injured in a shooting Thursday night in south Fort Worth, police said.

Officers responded to the 1700 block of San Rafael Street about 9:55 p.m. They found a man with a gunshot wound to the upper torso, according to police.

The injured man was taken to a local hospital for treatment. No suspects have been arrested.

Detectives from the Gun Violence Unit are investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
