Older couple in Burleson found dead Monday in apparent murder-suicide
An older couple in Burleson were found dead in their home Monday afternoon in an apparent murder-suicide, according to a Burleson spokesperson.
Around 3:30 p.m., a Burleson man called 911 and stated he had killed his wife and intended to take his own at a residence in the 300 block of Pin Cushion Trail.
Once officers arrived on scene, they made repeated attempts to make contact with the man but were unsuccessful. They made entry into the home at roughly 4:35 p.m. by way of a drone. Inside, a man and woman were found dead. They were both in their 80s, the spokesperson said.
