1 person critically injured in shooting at south Fort Worth apartments, police say

One person was shot at a southwest Fort Worth apartment complex on Tuesday afternoon, police said.

Fort Worth police officers responded to the shooting about 3 p.m. at The Mirabel apartment complex, in the 6300 block of Woodway Drive, police said in a statement.

When officers arrived, they found one person who was critically injured. The shooting victim was taken to a hospital for treatment, police said.

Police said two people were detained for questioning regarding the shooting. No arrests have been announced.

The investigation is ongoing, police said.
