1 injured in early morning shooting in west Fort Worth, police say
Police are investigating a shooting that injured one person in west Fort Worth early Tuesday.
Officers were called to a home in the 10000 block of Leatherwood Drive shortly before 3 a.m. They found someone with a gunshot wound, according to police.
The Gun Violence Unit is investigating the details surrounding the incident, police said. The injured person was taken to a hospital for treatment and is expected to survive.
