A 38-year-old woman arrived at a Fort Worth hospital with a stab wound early Friday, and a suspect is in custody, according to police records.

Officers responded to Baylor Scott and White All Saints Medical Center after a nurse reported they were treating a woman who’d been stabbed in the back, according to the 911 call sheet. The victim told hospital employees that the incident occurred in the 2200 block of Ridgmar Plaza, in west Fort Worth.

Randy Williams, 41, was arrested in connection with the stabbing. He faces charges of failure to report a felony with serious bodily injury or death as a result, failure to properly identify himself and interfering with public duties, according to the police report.
