A 50-year-old man was killed in an accident while working at a Fort Worth auto shop Tuesday, police said.

Martin Garcia Morales died from blunt force injuries of the torso, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Officers responded to an accident in the 5300 block of Blue Mound Road, police said.

They found that Morales had been fatally injured while working at the Alignments Abel auto shop.

Police said homicide detectives are investigating the accident. Details about the accident were not released.
