Fort Worth police seek help to find driver after fatal hit-and-run crash

The Fort Worth Police Department is requesting the public’s help to find the driver and car involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash that took place on Thursday, Sept. 18.

A pedestrian was hit by a 2009 or 2010 black Toyota Corolla in the eastbound service lane in the 6600 block of Northwest Loop 820.

Police said the hit-and-run vehicle will have front right damage and a missing passenger side mirror.

The person who died will be identified by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office.
