Woman shot during fight at Fort Worth apartment swimming pool, police say
A woman was shot and injured during a fight at a Fort Worth apartment complex pool Wednesday night, police said.
Officers responded to the Primavera Apartments at 2201 E. Berry St. about 8:40 p.m. A fight in the swimming pool area escalated, police said, and someone fired shots. The woman was struck in the hand.
The woman received minor injures, according to MedStar. It’s not clear if she was one of the people involved in the fight. Police said they are looking for the suspect.
The Gun Violence Unit will investigate the shooting.
