Woman stabbed, injured in apparent domestic assault in west Fort Worth, police say

A 33-year-old woman was injured in an apparently domestic-related stabbing Wednesday afternoon at a west Fort Worth apartment complex, police said.

Officers responded to The Haven on Chisholm Trail at 5700 S. Hulen St. around 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 5. They found a victim who had been stabbed once in the upper back, according to police.

The injured woman was taken to a hospital for treatment. Her injuries aren’t believed to be life-threatening, according to authorities.

Officers are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the stabbing. It appears it occurred during a domestic incident, police said. No arrests have been announced.
