Fort Worth police investigate stabbing that injured 1 early Friday

A man who had been injured in a stabbing was found in east Fort Worth early Friday, police said.

Officers were dispatched to 1401 Eastchase Parkway shortly after 3:30 a.m. They found a man who had been stabbed in the chest, according to police.

The 34-year-old victim’s injuries were non-life-threatening, police said, and he was transported to a local hospital. It’s unknown where and when the stabbing occurred.

No arrests have been announced. Detectives from the Criminal Investigations Unit will investigate the incident, police said.
