6 people including teens injured in Dallas shooting during argument, police say
Dallas police are investigating a shooting that wounded six people — including at least three teenagers — in the Red Bird area Tuesday night.
No arrests have been made, and investigators are trying to identify suspects.
Officers were dispatched around 9 p.m. to South Lancaster Avenue in response to a shooting call but learned that the shooting happened in the 8200 block of Willoughby Boulevard, police announced in a news release Wednesday.
Police further learned that the victims were involved in an argument with unknown suspects when they fired at six people, injuring them all.
Two male victims were taken to a hospital by Dallas Fire-Rescue. The other four — 14- and 15-year-old boys, an 18-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman — drove themselves to a hospital, according to police.
All of the victims were in stable condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
