Teen killed, man injured in North Texas shooting, police say

A teenager was killed and a man injured in a shooting Monday night, Dallas police said.

Officers responded to a local hospital around 11:15 p.m. regarding a shooting call. The teenage shooting victim died at the hospital, according to police. Authorities didn’t release the victim’s name, age or relationship to the other victim.

The other victim, a man, was in stable condition, officials said.

Police determined the shooting occurred in the 1900 block of South St. Augustine. The two victims were transported to the hospital in a private vehicle.
