24-year-old shot to death in west Dallas homicide, police say

Dallas police are investigating a shooting that killed a 24-year-old in west Dallas on Tuesday night, officials said.

Officers responded to the 3900 block of North Hampton Road around 7:20 p.m. regarding a shooting call, police said. They found a man with multiple gunshot wounds in a parking lot.

The homicide victim, identified by police as Tamundray Williams, died at a local hospital from his injuries.

An unknown person shot Williams, according to police, and that shooter is still at large. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact Detective Sayers at 214-671-3647 or scott.sayers@dallascityhall.com.
