Man hospitalized after Fort Worth road rage shooting Wednesday night
A man was taken to the hospital Wednesday evening after he was shot in the abdomen in a road rage incident in Fort Worth, according to police.
Officers responded to the intersection of Arena Circle and Stoney Iron Way, where they said the man was almost involved in a crash with another driver, according to police. The other driver, a man police have not yet identified, shot the victim after they both got out of their vehicles and an argument ensued.
The shooter fled the area, according to police, and there is no suspect in custody. The victim drove himself to the home of a friend in the area to call for medical assistance. The gun violence unit is investigating the shooting.
