Fort Worth firefighters pulled a body from a pond in south Fort Worth on Sunday, according to police.

Fort Worth police are investigating after someone reported a drowning at about 3 p.m. in the body of water next to Target at 5700 Overton Ridge Drive. A dive team recovered the body, Fort Worth police said.

Police said the investigation was ongoing Sunday afternoon.
